V.J. Night

The NBA season is underway and 20-year old rookie V.J. Edgecombe had an Opening Night that wowed fans with 34 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists as the 76ers beat the Celtics in Boston, 117-116. His 34 points set a franchise record for most points in a debut, breaking the record of 30 by Alan Iverson in 1996. Ironically, VJ was the 2024 Allen Iverson National High School Player of the Year. Check out the highlights if you haven’t seen them yet and you’ll be wowed too by the 20 year old rookie. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztRw0pWclaY
